Our Team

Jim Balet has been with CPP since 2005 when he took over the reigns from previous management.  Previously he served as a logistics officer in the United States Marine Corps.

David has worked in the Cryorefigeration field, both medical and industrial sectors, for over 20 years.  David joined Cool Pair Plus in 2010 and is currently the Vice-President.  He oversees the day to day operations of the business and focuses on customer service, technical operations and product innovation.  Since 2010, he and his team have grown the company’s brand, built a truly world-wide customer base, and created the company philosophy, Touching Every Life.

When asked what he has in store for the company’s future he replied, “Our focus is on growth and innovation: Growth through listening and understanding the customers’ special curcumstances and delivering specific solutions, and Innovation,  by developing processes that pioneer the technology behind those solutions. ”

David is dedicated to his family, loves his Chicago Blackhawks, tries not to take himself too seriously and enjoys time at the poker table with his buddies.

Dick Branca joined Cool Pair Plus in 2016 as Director of Sales. He is responsible for global sales of Cool Pair Plus products and is currently expanding market penetration to include IDNs and wholesale distribution;  domestically and internationally.

Prior to joining Cool Pair, Dick worked for Dunlee Division of Philips Healthcare as Regional Sales Manager and has worked in imaging equipment sales in multiple modalities including Women’s Health and CT.  Dick attended Boston College and received his bachelor’s in Marketing.

Dick enjoys spending quality time with his four children and four grandchildren, gardening, and golfing.

Angela has been with Cool Pair Plus since 2011 as the Administrative Director.  Angela manages all administrative aspects of the company including accounting, human resources in addition to supporting all team members.  She has been working in office management in the Medical Imaging Industry since 2000.

Angela often wears many different hats and enjoys the challenge.   She shared “I enjoy supporting such a dedicated, passionate staff.  Their focus on quality and constant innovation to improve products and services is inspirational”.
